This hotel is wonderfully located close to the city center, by the riverside, and the picturesque old town.

Staff were great and great location near shops ,Tourist Info and Train station.Continental breakfast satisfactory. Nice bathroom.Car parking facilities next door.

The bedroom itself little small and the mattress was somewhat hard for my liking.

Ideal and lovely place with excellent staff and magnificent location to Tour airport or national rail networks. Reasonably priced parking and good breakfast with ham and cheese. Simply no complains at all, nice stay.

The hotel has a very central location close to the town center. Nearby Crafty Brewpub is a great place to chill out. - the comfort triple room features an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a study table.

The staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was well presented and value for money. The location of the hotel is good - it is only 300 metres from the railway station and 200 metres from the city's medieval centre.

I booked a standard double room and really enjoyed my stay while exploring a Roman Catholic basilica nearby.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the town with everything within walking distance. It was a great base for exploring the surrounding area. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any queries or requests. the room itself was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a clean bathroom. the breakfast options were simple but satisfactory, offering a good variety of cereals, fruit, and yogurts.

The decor of the hotel was a bit dated, with some rooms showing signs of wear and tear. the lack of modern furnishings and outdated wallpaper made the overall ambiance less appealing.

We travelled with our 15 months baby. The hotel staff was very very helpful and kind. The room was clean. The location was great, walking distance to most places. And Tours is a beautiful city as well.
